17 Temple Underground Station and The Howard Hotel (site of)

Howard Hotel Temple Place (now closed down)  61:24

The Girls tried to have Afternoon tea at the The Howard Hotel in Temple Place next to Temple Underground Station (on the district and Circle line).

They couldn't get in because they had no booking, and would even have less chance now as the hotel has now closed down and is being refurbished and turned into something.

Temple Place is named after the Knights Templar.  The Temple is an area of central London, in the vicinity of Temple Church, which is one of the main legal districts of the capital and a notable centre for English law, both historically and in the present day. Two of the four Inns of Court, the Inner Temple and the Middle Temple, are located here and the Royal Courts of Justice are just to the north. temple Church was in the Da Vinci code.

We are now going to Tottenham Court Rd Underground station to visit Denmark Street (where the Guitar shops are), then go on to the British Museum.

Take a Westbound District or circle line to Embankment station, then take a North Bound  Northern line train to Tottenham Court Rd

At Tottenham Court Rd Station take Exit 4 to New Oxford St.
